Kelita Bradley has dedicated her career to empowering inner-city youth and promoting the importance of education as a pathway to a better life. Her program, Your Life Is Business, was created to teach young people the value of seeing their lives as a business and understanding how education serves as a stepping stone to success. By showing the direct connection between poverty and a lack of education, Kelita helps students realize that even if they may not enjoy school, its importance cannot be overstated. This self-help initiative is designed to be both simple and effective, equipping participants with the tools they need for a brighter future.

In 1997, Kelita collaborated with the Avalon Gardens Men's Association to implement Your Life Is Business, which included job training and educational counseling. She also partnered with Congresswoman Maxine Waters to establish the Employment Preparation Center, a nonprofit organization focused on job training and orientation at Avalon Gardens. Her passion for community empowerment extended to her involvement with the Neighborhood Safety Action Team, where she helped launch Hands Around Our Community , a program that raised awareness about crime prevention and sought to mediate gang-related violence through truce-building efforts. Her work with Councilman Mark Ridley-Thomas provided crucial financial support for these initiatives.

Kelita's advocacy in the community continued with her collaboration on the Los Angeles Police Department's

Jeopardy Program, where she worked with Detective Stinson Brown to provide life skills counseling to both parents and children. Her contributions helped reinforce the idea that education is the cornerstone of success. From 1995 to 1997, Kelita also produced the cable television show

MediaWatch, a political comedy aimed at empowering the community through informative and engaging content. Her show led her to develop relationships with political figures such as Bill Press, Molly Ivins, and Eleanor Clift, and furthered her involvement in educational initiatives, including President Clinton's Goals 2000 program.

Between 1999 and 2003, Kelita founded and served as Managing Director of

Road Rage No More, a program aimed at reducing road rage and teen driver fatalities in Southern California. Through partnerships with the courts and local law enforcement, including the West Covina Police Department, Kelita launched the innovative Driving Simulators 4 Teens program, combining technology with driver safety education to address the gaps left by traditional driver’s training.

In addition to her community work, Kelita has extensive experience in the real estate industry. She has worked as a Real Estate Concierge with Megan’s REC and as a refinancing consultant with First USA. Her background includes managing open houses, property showings, and assisting clients with both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
